With Open Parliament TV, video excerpts of debates in the Bundestag can be found by keyword search. Specific topics such as “digitalisation” (1,231 speeches), but also arbitrary phrases such as “drop in the ocean” (44 speeches) are suitable as search queries. The hits appear on a timeline and as tiles with date, speaker:in and preview text. Video clips and written minutes can be viewed synchronously at the click of a mouse. Mentioned documents are linked as PDFs.
