With the Competence Centre Open Data at the Open Gov Week
Video recordings of parliamentary debates offer great untapped potential for digital democracy. They are more tangible than text documents or voting lists and an easily accessible “window” to the discussions, negotiations and decisions behind them.
The Open Parliament TV project has made the Bundestag debates, which are available online as Open Data, more accessible and is working to include more parliaments.
